Right hip/Sac muscle sore. Right and left calves sore and at times throbbing. Left ankle sore. Upper neck stiff. Stiff shoulders.

Constant on and off condition varies after treatments and playing golf. Wake up during night with arms asleep

Have done acupuncture, massage. Had two back surgeries (in 1984 & 2004)
